This can include touching yourself sexually, forcing a child to touch you sexually, or forcing a child to touch themselves sexually. Lewd or lascivious conduct is a second-degree felony.
Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition: Lewd or lascivious exhibition is a lewd or lascivious offense that involves exposing your sexual organs in a lewd or lascivious manner in the presence of a child under the age of 16. It is a third-degree felony.
